akhirnya gw beli CP Motorola V3x [ bisa kalian liat gambarnya d post seblumnya ato cek di gsmarena.com ] + beli CP Nokia CDMA 2115.

selamat tinggal CP gw yang lama….

Sekarang tiap hari sabtu dan minggu d kos gw selalu ada acara rutin…

Badminton, Blanja bahan2 masak k carefour, masak, maen DotA.

kos kita isinya cowo semua loh…dan yg masak kita2 juga…

ya ga semua ikut masak sih, ada yg maunya makan doank [ definitely not me ]

dengan berbekal alat masak yg seadanya :

1. kompor gas kecil yg biasa buat kemping.
2. panci masak mie yg juga buat goreng tumis dll.
3. rice cooker  yg bisa buat rebus juga
4. sendok garpu piring mangkok
5. panci listrik

ga ada t4 dapur khusus, yg penting masak…

resepnya kita ambil d internet, yg aneh2 dah. Chicken Kiev, salad avocado, fetucini apa gtu

Ini Resep Chicken Kiev, tuh gambarnya…hm….keliatannya lezat ya?? lmyn enak kok,cman jgn kebnyakan, bisa eneg.

Bahan:
100 g mentega
3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sdt kulit jeruk lemon parut
2 sdm daun peterseli cincang
2 sdm kucai cincang
4 buah (700 g) daging dada ayam utuh tanpa tulang
50 g tepung terigu
2 butir telur ayam, kocok
140 g tepung roti putih
minyak goreng

Cara membuat:

Kocok mentega hingga lembut. Tambahkan bawang putih, kulit jeruk lemon, daun peterseli, dan kucai. Aduk rata.

Taruh mentega berbumbu di atas selembar plastik tebal. Bentuk menjadi silinder panjang 20 cm. Simpan dalam freezer hingga keras.

Iris membujur daging dada ayam hingga melebar. Pukul-pukul dengan pemukul daging hingga tipis merata.

Potong-potong mentega menjadi 4 bagian.

Taruh tiap potongan mentega di atas sepotong daging ayam. Gulung, lipat kedua sisinya dan gulung hingga rapi.

Taburi dengan tepung terigu hingga rata, celupkan dalam telur kocok dan gulungkan dalam tepung roti. Simpan dalam lemari es selama 30 menit.

Ulangi membalut dengan telur dan tepung roti.

Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas di atas api sedang hingga kuning keemasan.

Angkat dan tiriskan.

Sajikan hangat dengan setup sayuran.
